About Me

I am happily obsessed with beads, beading and bead jewelry and never satisfied with all the beads and jewelry I have. You can NEVER have too many beads or too much jewelry! 

I have always had artistic leanings and love jewelry and fabrics - anything with color and texture. I used to sew a lot. I made home decor and clothing for myself. I always was painting and refinishing everyday items with faux finishes and stencils. I didn't start making jewelry until I retired. I took a class and then I was hooked! A switch was flipped and I couldn't stop - LOL!

Now well into retirement I use my time to create jewelry at my own pace. I try to keep it fun and if someday I no longer have fun making jewelry, that's the day I quit. I enjoy taking  classes to learn new techiniques and I collect lots of books and booklets on the subject of beading. The handmade jewelry in my shops is all made by me. I don't sell anyone else's jewelry on my sites and I don't buy import jewelry to stock my stores Everything you see is jewelry I created myself.
